Great group, very responsive, do great work, and honest. Jaime, Brandon and everyone else are good people. Ive been taking my wifes and daughters cars to them for a couple of years, and have been very happy with the results.

The were very friendly, took time explain the details of the estimate, and then came in under it by a good amount.

Had a major electrical problem with my Volkswagen routan, Jacob found the problem and found the correct part ( which was discontinued) without changing out needless parts, highly recommend this shop, way cheaper than any dealerships, thank you

We took our car for the first time to Certified Automotive Solutions last week, and we had a great experience. I loved the convenience of the online booking system. Brandon, the technician who worked with us, was friendly, professional, and prompt with his communication. There were a lot of problems happening all at once with the car, and he was able to walk us through every issue, educating us about the system along the way. The end price for the work was great given the complexity of the work, the work was done ahead of our expected timeframe, and we really appreciated the cleaning they did before handing the car back to us - it was such a nice touch. We'll be doing every oil change and service check with Certified Automotive Solutions going forward. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

I had one of the best experiences I've had with an automotive shop in a very long time. From the very first phone call with Rita, I felt like I was dealing with people who genuinely care about their customers. She was so kind, patient, and helpful in arranging service for me very quickly. When I arrived, the entire staff continued that same level of care and professionalism. They were incredibly attentive, communicated clearly about what my son's car needed, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. They had his brakes completed within just a couple of hours. It's rare these days to find a shop that is this accommodating, honest, and affordable. You can really feel that this is a business run with pride and strong family values. I am truly grateful for the excellent service and will absolutely be returning! Ihad a great experience with Certified Automotive. Over the weekend we had an emergency issue with our car and had it towed there by AAA. First thing Monday morning, I received a text outlining the issues along with a clear priority list of what needed attention, which I really appreciated. I called and spoke with Jack and let him know that he could take his time since we had a backup car. To my surprise, Jack called me back before the end of the day to let me know the car was already finished and ready for pickup. This was my first time using Certified Automotive and I am highly impressed with the communication, transparency, and quick turnaround. Jack was professional and very helpful throughout the process.
