Mr. Doyle, you had your vehicle towed to our shop unscheduled. Since you are not a regular customer, we had no history for this vehicle or its issues other than it did not run. Once received, our techs pushed it into the shop and diagnosed fully. We provided a quote for repair, and tried to work with you to lower the cost using aftermarket parts (against our recommendation). Rather than work with us, you chose to "price shop" us. This is your right, and we do hope that you ultimately found a shop to repair your vehicle within your budget. Understand that we charged you for our time and shop resources committed to diagnosing your vehicle. We do not "take advantage" of stranded customers and we never "force" anyone into aftermarket parts.
